Karen specialises in professional services and corporate service teams. With her vast experience in leading accounting firms and support teams, Karen understands what is needed to be successful in these areas. Karen works with the Manager to Partner level assisting with leadership development, leading self, leading teams and building client bases. In the corporate services area Karen works with CEOs, COOs, Leaders in Finance and Human Resources to increase leadership, influence and confidence.

Coaching & Organisational Experience

Karen has 20 years of experience in professional services firms, from client facing roles to senior leadership roles such as Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, Group Commercial Manager (Aust & NZ) & General Manager/CFO. Karen has led successful high performing teams from Finance, HR and Corporate Services teams to client facing divisions in Accounting & Business Services, SMSF, and Financial Planning with staff ranging from 10 to 150 people across multiple locations. Karen has led organisational change, strategic planning processes and cultural & operational programs. Karen puts the key to her success to the combination of strong commercial understanding with a people first approach.
