As a COO, Karen has vast experience in creating and managing effective leadership and operational teams. Karen has ran strategic and operational planning processes across small teams to large national corporate organisations.
Karen has 20 years of experience in professional services firms, from client facing roles to senior leadership roles such as Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, Group Commercial Manager (Aust & NZ) & General Manager/CFO. Karen has led successful high performing teams from Finance, HR and Corporate Services teams to client facing divisions in Accounting & Business Services, SMSF, and Financial Planning with staff ranging from 10 to 150 people across multiple locations. Karen has led organisational change, strategic planning processes and cultural & operational programs. Karen puts the key to her success to the combination of strong commercial understanding with a people first approach.
