This workshop is suitable for the new manager/leader wanting to learn leadership skills through to the experienced manager wanting to review and refresh leadership skills.

During the workshop you will assess your leadership against key attributes and establish a plan to increase your effectiveness. You will gain more self-awareness, learn coaching techniques to improve your communication and your ability to develop others. You will learn how to both motivate staff and hold them accountable to deliver results.

Karen Clerici – Leadership coach, mentor & facilitator

Karen has led financial services organisations in both Gippsland and Melbourne, achieving great success in senior leadership roles such as Group Commercial Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner. After completing a coaching qualification with Swinburne University, Karen decided to dedicate her career to improving leadership and cultures through emotional intelligence and coaching techniques.

As a chartered accountant and business professional Karen understands the importance of improving the bottom line.  Her philosophy is you cannot sustain financial performance if your people are not with you.

As a coach, mentor and facilitator Karen helps you lead yourself, teams, and organisations. Karen works with individuals one on one, leads workshops and tailors solutions specific to your organisation.
